As a regular Debenhams customer I felt it would be fitting to try out their Flower service for Mother's Day whilst I'm on exchange from university. The flowers are a little costly compared to other services but with the Debenhams named attached to it I hoped for great value. However, I was greatly disappointed. I was informed when my mum's surprise bouquet arrived some of the roses were stained brown, the leafs were torn and in terrible condition and died within 3 days. I paid £20+ for this bouquet and I was absolutely shocked with the quality. In total, once the flowers had all bloomed they only lasted six days from delivery. I have emailed the Flower Support several times and have received NO response from the 6th of March, my mother has also emailed on my behalf and phoned as I am not in the UK currently and the number rang out. Today, April 2nd I received an email asking me to leave a review of the service and now I share my SHOCKING and appalling experience of shopping with Debenhams, maybe if my issue had been resolved within the 2-3 working days as stated on the automated email response maybe I would have a different opinion. However, I urge you NOT to shop with Debenhams Flowers as the quality and non-existent customer service is atrocious.
