Ordered two bouquets for Mother's day and they were terrible. Dying, drooping, beheaded roses and not worth the money. My email complaints to Debenhams went unanswered for two weeks, until I phoned customer services. The customer service representative was very helpful and arranged replacement bouquets. These were absolutely gorgeous, fabulous condition and speedy delivery. It's just a shame that these flowers were not the ones sent for Mother's day. I have used Debenhams flowers before and the bouquets have been lovely. I'm hoping that the Mother's day deliveries were just a blip.
