I was really disappointed with quality of the flowers that I ordered for Mother's Day. The majority of the flowers were dead within two days of receiving the order. I contacted Debenham's Customer Services the day after I received the flowers to make a complaint (8th March 2016) and I still haven't received a response. Poor quality and poor customer services, will not be ordering flowers from them again!
