well, for a start, i ordered flowers for delivery on the day before Mothers day. Got a message saying they were out for delivery late afternoon on actual mothers day so already overdue. Flowers eventually delivered the day AFTER mothers day so one slightly disappointed Mum.
This counts as a failure to deliver the purchased service in my view so emailed debenhams customer service on mothers day to say non arrival and please give me a refund. To-date absolutely no response from them, not even an acknowledgement.
I will not ever use this service again and will advise friends and family likewise.
