I sent an email to Debenhams flowers over two weeks ago.i received a standard reply but my complaint has not as yet been dealt with.i purchased an orchid to be delivered to my mother-in-law for mothers day.it arrixed in poor condition and died within days.i have asked for at least a full refund,but a reply has not been forthcoming.i am very disappointrd with the service I have received
