Mothers day package was very poor quality. 3 of the 4 roses either wilted or showed signs of going that way after only 2 days. The whole bundle was over priced and poor value.
customer service is just as bad. I logged a complaint one week later and got the standard "sorry we are very busy" response, but had no follow up. Will not use ever again.
