I ordered the flowers for my Grandma's Birthday and picked a date when I knew she would be at home. A few days before the delivery date I was emailed to say that they could not deliver on that date as it was Easter, surely they were aware a few months before as to when Easter is???
So I had to pick another date which I was not happy about, as I live in a different country to my family I didn't really have any other choice.
I don't think I will be using Debenhams again.
