Ordered flowers for.mothers day, which arrived two days late.and also not the flowers I ordered. Attempted to call CS on numerous occasions and in an infinite queue. Gave up after 20 minutes waiting. Now have big mobile bill! :(. Also sent email to Debenhams requesting a call regarding the order. Still waiting for a response nearly a month later. Considering legal action very disappointed. Would not recommend or use again .
