Package arrived by Royal Mail, I knew thug away it wasn't going to be a great experience, the normal unfriendly service from the delivery man just handed me them as I was in the garage with dirty hands no comments from them drove off!
Flowers started to die in two days roses didn't open up and one or two lilys failed to open, yes I emailed debenhams to complain with pictures to show what was happening, I am still waiting for a response! Three emails sent so far!
Will never use debenhams again!
