I placed an order for a bouquet of freesias to be delivered to my mum for mothers day but when they arrived there was more greenery than flowers!!
My mum contacted Debenhams direct with regards to this problem and they arranged for a replacement premium bouquet of flowers to be dispatched along wth a box of chocolates.
The replacement bouquet had lillies in the bunch and unfortunately these never opened.
I will not be ordering from Debehams flowers again.
Extremely disappointed!
