Service was excellent, unfortunately the roses in the original bouquet did not last as long as expected (only a few days). Having contacted customer service the response was very positive and a new bouquet was sent. Again the roses didn't last as long as the rest of the flowers, however they probably lasted up to 6 days.
The bouquets both look really nice so no problem there.
Overall happy with service/response and bouquets just concerned over potential quality issue with the roses.
