This is the first time I've ordered flowers from Debenhams and must say I was extremely disappointed.
I ordered two bunches for mothers day for my mum and my mother in law. I felt that the flowers just didn't look fresh after a few days. Especially the roses.
I had also said for the flowers to be left with a neighbour because we were out for lunch but we came home to find a great big box that had just been left by the doorstep. Anyone could have walked off with them.
Disappointed and won't be ordering from Debenhams again
