Flowers arrived. Werent anything like advertised. They were appalling. I took pics and sent them with a complaint to you. After 10 days I recieved a response saying you'd replace them. I replied with a an acceptance of that and stating when they could be delivered.
Not only do I expect new flowers I at least expect my money back. I've a good mind to go to trading standards.
