I ordered flowers for mothers day, but they didn't turn up until 3 days later and the flowers were damaged and dying. I emailed twice to complain with no response. I called Debenhams Flowers to ask for a refund and waited 55 minutes on hold before giving up. I finally got a refund after calling the week after. Will certainly not use again.
