Flowers arrived on Mother's Day as ordered, the next morning my mom sent me a photo of the flowers they were dead! 3 times I emailed my complaint and photos of flowers and asked for a replacement bouquet to be sent, almost 3 wks later and after having to call again, I was given a refund and credit to my account I then sent my mom a larger bouquet to make up for the poor first one, I have to say they may not have died but they weren't worth the money. My morrisons Easter flowers that cost £7 were bigger and lovelier then my moms. Suffice to say I won't be ordering flowers again. Very disappointed.
