I ordered Mothers day flowers well in advance to be delivered on the day before. They did not deliver on the requested day, nor did they deliver on Mothers day but finally turned up the day after. Just to add insult to injury, the flowers were in a shocking state and were mostly dead.
Surely Debenhams customer service department would be quick to deal with this mess you would think? No chance of that I'm afraid as despite sending them 2 emails requesting that they respond with some kind of answer as to why this all went so wrong, I have not even received the common courtesy of a response.
Based on this experience, my advise would be go elsewhere for your flower delivery unless you are willing to accept dead flowers delivered late and an up yours attitude to customer service.
