I ordered a bouquet of flowers for mothers day
i sent an e-mail complaining about the size of the bouquet that i was not pleased at all
i recieved an e-mail on the 7th march from the Debenhams Flowers Team
and another e-mail from John customer service Assistant
I have heard nothing since those date's WHY ?
