Ordered flowers, chocolates and bottle of prosecco for mothers day and only the flowers turned up. I understand mistakes happen so I sent email to them and waited patiently for reply to get it sorted. I waited....and waited. I then tweeted my problems to be asked to email another address so they could chase it up. Only then did things get sorted and refund given. If things had been rectified earlier, fine, but to have to chase round for what you're owed is not acceptable. Won't use again and will stick with company I have always used in past and never had a problem with.
