After getting my order wrong for Mother's Day (flowers, wine and balloon all ordered as separate items) it took numerous complaints via their website, emails and telephone calls before they finally acknowledged they had made a mistake and failed to order all the individual items ordered and that was only after I warned that I would sue them. As a 'gesture of goodwill' they offered to refund me the element they had failed to deliver. After pointing out that they where in fact legally obliged to do this they offered me a derisory on line gift voucher, which would have bought me nothing and I would have had to add to it to get anything . After much discussion they finally offered to provide a small bouquet to my mother by way of apology but even then that was over 3 weeks after Mother's Day and the message they sent with this second bouquet was wrong! Terrible customer service and attention to detail. Will not use or recommend them to anyone.
