The flowers were OK. I did order additional items to be delivered with the flowers (chocolates) which were charged for and never arrived.
This is the second time I have used this service and the addition has just been ignored (but still charged for). I assumed the first one might have been an unfortunate mistake but it appears it is common practice.
This is basically theft
