After writing a complaint about a very poor quality boquet that I ordered , John Lewis sent a further boquet which was of the quality I initially expected from them. They asked me to amend my review based on the second boquet. So: the second boquet was of a good quality nice crisp flowers which lasted just over a week. It was well packed and delivered promptly.
