In terms of a delivery service and ease of ordering and communication, I was impressed. I guess the only disappointment was the number of flowers in the bunch. Appreciate that some of the cost covers the delivery aspect but couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that the £20.00 bunch wasn't a little 'fuller'.
