Flowers were ordered Just before Mother's Day. The message card was missing so my mum didn't know who they were from. Had to ring around the family.Within 3 days the flowers had all died.
Emailed Debenhams with regards to the issues, Got an automated reply to say due to high volumes over Mother's Day they would get back to me.
Still awaiting a reply. It is the first time i had used Debenhams flowers and from this experience would not use them again or recommend them
