Lovely flowers, delivered on time - but caused me a bit of stress.
Got an email after the order was placed saying that i still had the flowers in my shopping basket, and invited me to finish my transaction saying I could now take 10% off with a discount code.
Was worried that the order had not been placed properly so called the number on the email for advice but it did not work. Sent an email enquiry but after a few hours had not received a response so searched for an alternative number online - gent on the phone confirmed everything was ok.
Then on the day of delivery i tried to track the parcel but the consignment number was not recognised on the royal mail website which caused a bit more worry. But it was delivered correctly, just gave me a bit off agg along the way! Since then i have received 2 more emails from Debenhams chasing me to place more orders :-/
