I ordered pink rose plant but my Mum received an orchid! Mum loved it so hadn't wanted to make a fuss. Not impressed to have wrong order as it was ordered so Mum could plant it in the garden if she wished.
UPDATE I was very impressed by receiving a call from debenhams to apologise for this error and are kindly sending the ordered rose plant to my mum together with a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill -well done Debenhams. Very good customer service.
