Ordered the flowers to be delivered in a vase as the recipient had just come out of hospital & was not mobile! However Vase arrived smashed!!
I tried to make contact on the advertised flower email address but this was returned twice. I emailed Debenhams themselves, who said I needed to use the flower email address; I explained it did not work but too no avail they were not prepared to assist & stated I must phone the next working day! As I was currently abroad (as explained) this was not an option!
I found Debenhams to be unhelpful & I would not use them again for Flowers.. Very disappointing customer service.
