Disappointing. Flowers are not great - and they failed to send me the dispatch email so I was worried the flowers hadn't been sent. Then they told me I wasn't entitled to a dispatch email as I hadn't paid enough for delivery, even though they had sent me an email saying I would get a dispatch email - which is why I worried when I didn't get one. The man I spoke to was not reassuring. I later responded negatively to a request for feedback and was sent an additional bouquet as an apology. The "sorry" flowers were much, much nicer than the regular monthly flowers, which arrive in poor condition.
