Disappointing customer service with a generic response. You can't cancel an order as you have to give 48 hours notice which isn't possible.
The product arrived with very crumpled paper.
I also went through a link with Quidco (the only reason for using Debenhams) which hasn't tracked.
Last time I shop with Debenhams.
