Never expected such a poor service from Debenhams . I am really disappointed with the delivery of Broken Items and Stale Flowers given to my daughter on her 40th birthday .
I could have choosen any third grade supply chain and they could have given better service than Debenhams and I could have saved some money also .
I will never ever use Debenhams service again and would also never recommend others to use it .
Thanks you for wasting my time & money .
