Feedback from my father (I sent the flowers to his wife during a very difficult time for her recently). He phoned to say they'd arrived asked me how much I paid as there were so few flowers . His words "lovely gesture but next time spend a tenner in M&S & post them yourself love, you've been overcharged". I truly felt awful.
