I ordered a £50 bunch of flowers from your website for my Mum's 60th birthday. Currently I live in Malaysia and chose you, over M & S and Next, because of the details pertaining to the condition the flowers would arrive in / tracking the order using the confirmation number so I knew they would arrive in time for her special birthday.
Unfortunately my Mum Face-timed me, a couple of days later, to say that even though the flowers arrived in a great condition, they did not last a full week. The roses had to go in the bin and the other flowers had wilted quite substantially. This was quite upsetting for me as I had chosen an expensive bunch hoping that they would last. I would like to add that she 'cared' for the flowers using the instructions provided and was quite diligent as to where she placed them / watered them etc.
I understand that the condition of the flowers may be to do with your suppliers, so I contacted customer services because I obviously was disappointed and because I wanted to inform you that there might be an issue with your suppliers. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service provided. The operator was really helpful when I explained the problem and offered to send a £30 bunch of flowers to my Mum which arrived the next day. There was no arguing or hassle which was refreshing as I know you must get some horrid customers who lie, but this genuinely was a 'real' case.
My Mum received her bunch of flowers are was really pleased, as was I!
I would definitely use your company again and would say your customer service team did an excellent job of helping me. People always remember receiving excellent customer service and I would tell anyone that yours is excellent.
