Wanted to update my review due to customer service received.
After my flowers came 2 days late after paying for before 12pm delivery, I wasn't happy as it was for my girlfriend's 21st birthday.
However, after writing up about how disappointed I was, Debenhams Flowers got in contact very quickly to help redeem what had happened. The customer service I received on this was very understanding and they offered me options to make up for the mistake.
Hopefully this was a one off, and with how quick Debenhams got in contact, they didn't want an unhappy customer. I think I will give them a chance again next time I need flowers. Thank you.
