I ordered flowers for the first time for a friends Birthday (She live over 100 miles away) I received and email confirming the flowers has been delivered. However after some embarresment from my friend she finally worked out who the flowers where from, as there was no personally card attached. I did email Debenhams to offer them some feedback but the email address on there screen no longer works!!! So as the flowers were lovely (my friend informed me) the service very poor.
