The whole experience was let down by the delivery driver. He got out of van and pulled the box out on it's side, despite the 'this way up' arrows and then continued to swing the box. No wonder my premium deliver, expensive bouquet for my mothers birthday lasted less than a week and was delivered with damaged roses!! I am sure the bouquet would have been beautiful if handled correctly instead.
