Debenhams was chosen at random as this was the first time we've ordered flowers on line. It was easy and all went smoothly. The flowers arrived on the day required (a lady's birthday) and shortly after the time of delivery we received confirmation and an email from the birthday lady with a picture of her flowers attached and a note of thanks.
We would use "Debenhams Flowers" again, and have already told friends about the service.
