The flower arrangement was very 'light' and didn't have the same sort of volume displayed online. Also after a day the flowers were beginning to wilt, and despite my best efforts did not last long. Also a large proportion of the flowers did not open before they died.
If this was a one off I'd let it go, but this it's the second time I've ordered, with the same result.
