To start with, the website is clear and easy-to-use. I was ordering some flowers and wine for my mother's birthday because I couldn't be with her so I had my fingers crossed tightly for their safe and timely arrival. After choosing my delivery date, I received emails and texts from the delivery company/ Debenhams telling me where the parcel was every step of the way. They arrived bang on time with a big "happy birthday" from the driver and my mother was delighted, saying the bouquet was full of blooms and smelled lovely (for at least a week after too). I shall be using this service again for sure!
