I chose Debenhams flowers because they offered a Sunday delivery. This was for my mother-in law's 80th birthday and we were away at the time, so the delivery date was crucial. The delivery person went to the wrong address and so the delivery failed. There was no means of contacting anyone at Debenhams on the Sunday (no e-mail address or no out of hours number to contact the delivery firm) and so the whole point of the occasion was lost. The flowers were delivered on Monday, but by then the flowers were past their best. Whilst the customer services lady was very helpful on the Monday morning, I was very disappointed.
