Hi there,
Delivery and logistics were fantastic, the bouquet arrives on time and was signed for. However even with water and the sufficient amount of food the bouquet died within the first 4 days which was very surprising. We compared this to another bouquet of flowers we had in the same place and it was clear that the Debenhams flowers were just a little sub-standard. I'd love to order from you again though I'm unsure if I can trust the quality.
