Having had a recent bad experience with a flower delivery service, (delivered late and due to this the flowers had turned to mulch. Happy Anniversary, dear!!) I was going in blind with Debenhams Flowers. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and easy. The website is simple and user friendly, emails are processed on time to advise of the stages of delivery and the delivery, itself, was as instructed. The flowers were beautiful and are still alive (delivered on the 18th August). Great service and I will be using this service again without hesitation,
