Ordered from South Africa for a friend in Liverpool, England. Apparently flowers were sitting in depot as post code was wrong. hence when flowers were eventually delivered they were all wilted. My friend contacted Debenhams flowers who arranged delivery of a fresh bunch plus a complimentary box of chocolates. Thanks for rectifying.
