I was so disappointed with my Debenhams experience and would never recommend them to anyone or use them again.
I did already email to complain but received no response.
I submitted 2 different orders at the same time choosing the guaranteed delivery day option (the deliveries were 1 week apart).
Both deliveries were 1 day late and this was not the fault of the courier, it was the fact they were not dispatched by debenhams in time to be delivered. I received nothing alerting me of this or apologising - actually I received an email saying everything was on time and the delivery was successful!!
The quality of the flowers was what upset me the most. I sent a picture with my original complaint as these flowers were retail price £39 and looked as thought they had come from a patrol station for £5 - never been so disappointed by a 'boquet' of flowers. They cannot be described as a bouquet actually and looked nothing like the advertised picture.
The customer service then also upset me because there was none!! Still awaiting that....
