The flowers did not arrive on the date of the occasion and no contact to explain.
My partner was going away for his birthday hence did came back to dry flowers which were delivered in his absence. Contacted Debenhams through their online contact us no response up to now. I normally use Waitrose and kick myself for changing. A pure waste of money and poor customer service. Sorry no more business from me.
