The flowers were presents and made the recepients' days - so the description must have matched what was delivered. Delivery was not the "promised 24 hours" - but I was kept informed the whole process and it was not a particular issue in these instances - although could have been if ordered for a special day. The website was user friendly quick and easy to use - the discount codes ensured that I ordered a second bouquet straight away just to cheer someone up - it worked for me as a customer and overall I would consider using Debenhams flowers in future. Regarding writing this review in order to win a further voucher which is something I never normally do - I was only inspired to enter as the competition ends 010317 and I placed my order in April 17 and am being asked to write my review subsequent to the order - therefore your tech guys might need to review their wording! - Overall a very happy customer - Thank you
