They were very professional and sensitive and understanding. They gave me lots of options and explained what options I had and what was available to me. They were very open and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. They have made me feel in power of my own money and situation. They have followed up the process and if I have any questions they are happy to help I would recommend anyone who is in the same situation to use this company, very easy and quick.
