She is not very professional at all. I ordered two sets of icings and the mouse pad but they didn’t come before my son’s birthday. I contacted her and she just told me to contact the post office. No offer to send another set or give a refund but just left me to try and sort it out myself with no tracking number or anything. After my experience I checked her reviews and found out a lot of people were in the same boat as me, waiting for months for items that you never receive and no refund offered or even an answer after emailing. If I had known it was going to be pot luck whether the items come or not I would never have ordered them from her. It was a nightmare to find an alternative cake idea just before my son’s birthday. She shouldn’t be in business at all.
