I placed three orders with this company on April 3, 2025 (Order #1010-2276590 and #1010-2271746) and had to request refunds shortly afterward. Their website was not functioning properly at the time—it showed an error during checkout, so I didn’t realize the first order had gone through. As a result, I accidentally placed multiple orders. I received a refund for only one of the orders. Despite following up repeatedly over three months, I’m still waiting for the rest of my money. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told there was a “system issue.” While I understand that technical problems can happen, three months of vague excuses without resolution is unacceptable. This points to either serious internal disorganization or a complete disregard for customer service. At this point, it feels like the company is intentionally stalling. I’ve been more than patient, but the lack of progress is incredibly frustrating. I strongly caution others against shopping here—their after-sales support is non-existent, and they seem either unwilling or unable to handle basic refund requests. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
