I am very happy with the dehumidifier, my only problem is as follows. I sent you an email soon after receiving the item to tell you I also ordered and paid for , a length of pipe to allow the dehumidifier to run continuously if required. To date I have received neither the pipe or a refund. Could you please deal with this matter as soon as possible.
