Made a phone call staff were very helpful informative answered all my questions, as regards to my dehumidifier even suggesting the latest model was better and same price, bought that arrived by courier who sent me a text message within an hour of delievery, excellent.
The dehumidifier has worked well and quietly out of the box since arrival.
Excellent service will have no problem using them again.
