Made the order 2 weeks ago, they debited my account. No contact from them since.
I’ve sent an email and phoned them twice, eventually getting through to someone, who said the fan would be sent direct from the manufacturer, despite their website saying (and still saying) that the product is in stock. They promised they’d ring me back to explain what was happening with the order.
I’ve received no call backs though. Reading the other reviews; It seems little has changed since they were taken over. My advice would be to buy from somewhere else!
